Terms and Conditions for Payment and Booking of Motorhome Parking at Flatvarps Harbour

These terms apply between Flatvarps Harbour and the person who books or pays for a motorhome parking space at Flatvarps Harbour, either personally or on behalf of another person.

The person making the booking/payment is referred to as the “Customer” in these terms. The provider is referred to as “Flatvarps Harbour”, “We”, “Flatvarps Harbour” or “Höjna AB”. The booking/payment concerns rental of a motorhome parking space at Flatvarps Harbour.

Customers/guests at Flatvarps Harbour are required to follow the harbour’s rules and regulations. The full document is available at http://www.flatvarpshamn.com

Customers/guests who do not comply with these rules may be asked to leave the area by Flatvarps Harbour staff.

Booking and payment for private individuals

To book a berth or pay for a motorhome parking space on the website "betala.flatvarpshamn.com", the customer must be at least 18 years of age.

Payment can be made using a bank card (VISA or Mastercard) or via BankID and Swish.

Standard motorhome parking space: 200 SEK per night
Extra parking space: 300 SEK per night
VAT is included in the price

Booking period

The price includes rental of the space and the reservation/booking fee.

Boat berths are booked from 14:00 to 14:00
Motorhome parking spaces are booked from 14:00 to 14:00

Payment and booking confirmation

Upon receiving the booking confirmation, the customer must verify that all information is correct. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of the information.

The booking confirmation is sent via email and SMS.

In case of errors, Flatvarps Harbour must be contacted within 7 days of receiving the confirmation, but no later than 24 hours before arrival.

Payment

Payment must be made online when booking or in direct connection with arrival.

Parking is NOT permitted without payment.

Cancellation of booked space – Guest harbour berth

Cancellations can only be made online via betala.flatvarpshamn.se.

The reservation/booking fee is non-refundable
Cancellations later than 48 hours before arrival are non-refundable

Responsibility for property and damage

Flatvarps Harbour is not responsible for forgotten belongings
Flatvarps Harbour is not responsible for damage or loss caused by third parties

Other obligations and rules

The customer and guests must take good care of the space and harbour facilities and follow all rules, instructions and regulations.

Between 22:00 and 09:00, quiet hours must be respected
Grilling is only permitted in designated areas
Please consider fire risks and ensure access to fire extinguishing equipment
Dogs must be kept on a leash

Household waste

Recyclable packaging (glass, metal, cardboard, plastic) must NOT be disposed of with household waste
Household waste must be placed in designated waste containers
Other waste may not be disposed of within the area

Breach of contract

Booking/payment constitutes an agreement between the customer and Flatvarps Harbour.

The agreement will terminate immediately if:

The terms in this document are not fulfilled
The customer or guests behave in a disruptive manner
The customer or guests cause damage

In the event of a breach of contract, the customer and guests must immediately leave the area.

Force majeure

In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes or other circumstances considered force majeure, Flatvarps Harbour reserves the right to terminate the agreement.

The customer and guests will be notified as soon as possible. No refunds will be made if the booked/paid space cannot be used due to force majeure.
